THe Tools we use
Enhancing self-awareness through psychometric profiling
Many of our Personal & Career Development programmes can be enhanced through the use of psychometric profiling. We are accredited practitioners in Insights Discovery® and Motivational Maps®, two highly regarded tools that help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential.
Insights Discovery uses four colour energies to explore personality preferences, communication styles and the value individuals bring to a team, while Motivational Maps identifies what truly energises and motivates people at work, highlighting their strongest drivers as well as those that may be limiting their engagement.
Together, these powerful tools accelerate self-awareness, inspire meaningful reflection and provide practical insights that help individuals build confidence, maximise their strengths and make more informed decisions about their personal and professional development.

She is an excellent listener, is adaptive and disciplined around driving for outcomes. This means she will work with you to understand the problem you are trying to resolve and be creative and practical with her intervention designs.
